After 19 years of continuous service to the Winnipeg labour movement in her support staff position with the Winnipeg Labour Council, Bonnie Rivers is retiring at the end of June.
Her many years of service and dedication were recognized at a labour council meeting on June 16. It gave Winnipeg Labour Council delegates to say goodbye and good luck to sister Bonnie on her retirement.
Bonnie is seen in the photo to the left receiving a retirement gift from Winnipeg Labour Council President Larry Pelzer. Below, she's seen with members of both her families - her husband and children, her personal family - and her extended labour movement family, labour council delegates, she's served so well for the past two decades.
Enjoy your retirement Bonnie!
